I noticed a hard lump on my prostate this afternoon, after I decided to attempt a self check. I read a lot about prostate cancer and wanted to be proactive about my own health. Of course I do know I should not be worried prematurely, but the lump is there. It is hard and difficult to move. Do you think this is cancer?
The only way you will know is to have your doctor examine you, and test your blood. Please call them as soon as you can, and tell them what you found today. Nowadays, diagnosing prostate cancer is easy and very fast. Most of it is done digitally, and treatment can commence immediately upon diagnosis. Good luck and I do hope everything turns out to be OK.
