Has cytotec worked if she bled for 2 days and passed several clots?

Hi, my friend delayed her period and when she checked in pregnancy tester, it shows two lines (One is dark and one is light). She took cycotec tables (2 Nos) and starter bleeding with clot after 10 hours. First its was clot blood and later starter bleeding more than periods. After two days bleeding now its bleeding but not much before. So medicine worked or not?
