can anybody enlighten me about the hay diet? does this diet really works? and is it a lifetime diet? is there any health risk in doing so? thanks.

the Hay diet is basically seperating carbs, protein and fruit. Fruit should be eaten before a meal and early in the day. Protein and Carbs should not be eaten together and you should basically avoid sugar and processed food. It has helped me massively, i have Chron's and it's helped with the symptoms of that and it's helped me lose weight too. It is a lifestyle change not a diet. I have no idea of any health risks but i have done some research and have a nutrionist, i can seem to find not health risks associated with it.
