so i been having these head pains for about a month now, it's almost like a migraine but it really is not. today i could not move my head down toward my chest, when i did so the front of my head hurt in a weird way, it was like a pulling sanction. it started at the top of my forehead and went down to my mouth on the right side of my face, i tried for a couple minutes trying to put my head to my chest and after a lot of pain i did it and it went away. i also have been really dizzy lately[ the type of dizziness is almost like my head just going for an adventure without my body and my head feels like it spins] i don't know what it is and i hope someone can give me an idea, i hope i don't have to see a doctor for this.
