I have some of those same symptoms plus more. I do have a tumor on the adrenal gland. You need to see an Endo doc. I would.

I experienced much of what you did for a number of years.. including very vasoreactive things in feet & hands & .including a few other things like plantar like fasciitis (pain in feet and actaul swelling at bra level to where I hAd to undo the bra, jerking awake just as falling to sleep, odd sensations along upper spine and around chest particularly when At rest and a stiff neck off & on and dull pressures at base of skull and crunch sounds in neck ...and more seemingly unaassociated c**p. I did not have depression but it was all very scary. Aftger a few years of normal tests on just about everything and after I could no longer work....I was dx with Lyme disease. It took me 2 years of almost continual antibiotic treatment to reach a point where i was really improved enough to return to work....but I still relapsed and pulsed antibiotics when I felt another relapse coming on. ....15 years later....I am for all intents & purposes functional if not cured. No more tingling, burning pains, in extremities; What was lAbile hypertension now seemingly undercontrol with a calcium chAnnel blocker low dose (nothing else seemed to work) ....Lyme disease (the new great imitator) difficult to diAgnose, and difficult to treat if not cAught very early. Most doctors are a ignorant about it and others are too afraid to treat based on clinical presentations. I had considered a pheochromocytoma early on also....I still think my adrenals were affected by something going on then. good luck
Just out of curiosity, has he had his B12 checked? B12 deficiency will cause these types of symptoms. I've also found that a deficiency in magnesium will cause a lot of things. I found it out after I couldn't sleep for quite a while and had dizzy spells. The magnesium cleared it up very quickly. Try taking a magnesium suppliment and see if it helps. You'll notice it relaxing all your muscles and it's very safe. Any extra will just be eliminated by the body. Good luck. I hope this helps.
Hi Sarah,
I have not read through all the posts but i wanted to know if you have ever gotten a response or treatment for your ailments. I am 45 and am going through the same thing. i dont know where to turn. I've been to every specialist and every blood test is normal. i do have an appointment with a Gastro next week - have you been to one?
thanks for your time and i hope all is well.

Has anyone of these patients gotten any answers as to what is actually wrong with them? I see many posts with similar problems, but no answeres to those problems.
I'm late to the discussion, but I have these symtoms as well, & I'm just passed off from dr to dr with no answers. I don't get chills when I close my eyes, I'm already on lisinopril for BP. I have upper abdominal pain that has grown into my back & irritates the pain already in my spine. I was told not to take antiinflammitories in the suspicion that I had gallbladder issues. An ultrasound revealed nothing there, but that I do have fatty liver with a lesion on it. I can't function anymore, I can barely stand to walk because of severe weakness & fatigue. An ER visit would bankrupt us, & no one can tell me exactly what's wrong to treat this. My life will fall apart if things don't start to change, but everyday I get worse. It's only been 2 weeks from the the time the issues started. I'm desperate & I'm getting scared.
It's Lyme disease. You have to go to a Lyme literate doctor not a regular doctor. Google Under Your Skin, it's a movie that ex0lains it all it is free on Hulu.
