I have those symptoms plus more.  I do have a tumor on my adrenal gland though.  You should see an Endo doc for more thorough gland testing.

She is right , I also have Lyme disease and it matches all of the symptoms you have all described, the sooner you get diagnosed the quicker you will get better. I have chronic head pressure and sinus pressure, nervous system issues, weakness in extremities and tingling, numbess. Chest pains that radiate dwn my arms. There is only ONE thing that can mimick all of these symptoms and that is Lyme along with its co infections. Get checked out, western blot test ASAP.

I experienced much of what you did for a number of years.. including very vasoreactive things in feet & hands & .including a few other things like plantar like fasciitis (pain in feet and actaul swelling at bra level to where I hAd to undo the bra, jerking awake just as falling to sleep, odd sensations along upper spine and around chest particularly when At rest and a stiff neck off & on and dull pressures at base of skull and crunch sounds in neck ...and more seemingly unaassociated c**p. I did not have depression but it was all very scary. Aftger a few years of normal tests on just about everything and after I could no longer work....I was dx with Lyme disease. It took me 2 years of almost continual antibiotic treatment to reach a point where i was really improved enough to return to work....but I still relapsed and pulsed antibiotics when I felt another relapse coming on. ....15 years later....I am for all intents & purposes functional if not cured. No more tingling, burning pains, in extremities; What was lAbile hypertension now seemingly undercontrol with a calcium chAnnel blocker low dose (nothing else seemed to work) ....Lyme disease (the new great imitator) difficult to diAgnose, and difficult to treat if not cAught very early. Most doctors are a ignorant about it and others are too afraid to treat based on clinical presentations. I had considered a pheochromocytoma early on also....I still think my adrenals were affected by something going on then. good luck

Just out of curiosity, has he had his B12 checked? B12 deficiency will cause these types of symptoms. I've also found that a deficiency in magnesium will cause a lot of things. I found it out after I couldn't sleep for quite a while and had dizzy spells. The magnesium cleared it up very quickly. Try taking a magnesium suppliment and see if it helps. You'll notice it relaxing all your muscles and it's very safe. Any extra will just be eliminated by the body. Good luck. I hope this helps.

Has anyone of these patients gotten any answers as to what is actually wrong with them? I see many posts with similar problems, but no answeres to those problems.

I'm late to the discussion, but I have these symtoms as well, & I'm just passed off from dr to dr with no answers.  I don't get chills when I close my eyes, I'm already on lisinopril for BP.  I have upper abdominal pain that has grown into my back & irritates the pain already in my spine.  I was told not to take antiinflammitories in the suspicion that I had gallbladder issues.  An ultrasound revealed nothing there, but that I do have fatty liver with a lesion on it.  I can't function anymore, I can barely stand to walk because of severe weakness & fatigue.  An ER visit would bankrupt us, & no one can tell me exactly what's wrong to treat this.  My life will fall apart if things don't start to change, but everyday I get worse.  It's only been 2 weeks from the the time the issues started.  I'm desperate & I'm getting scared.

Ok...it sucks that I am sooooooo very happy to see other people are suffering like me! I feel bad for each and every person going through this as I know first hand how HORRIBLE we feel! I am not sure if anyone else's symptoms started small and then got big? I was visiting family 6 years ago and was bitten by something that made my thigh swell. I then broke out into a rash on back. A week later I had my first panic attack which consisted of cheSt pain. A few days after that I had another one that made me shake. I also felt like I caught a cold with dizziness, head pressure, shortness of breath. These symptoms resolved on their own. However I was left with a panic disorder...lucky me! A few years later the same thing happened and then went away. 25 months ago I developed joint pain and muscle soreness throughout my whole body and the dizziness came back but this time my ears were draining fluid and my sinuses were inflamed and my whole body felt like it was on fire...changed eating habits and visited a chiropractor and symptoms went away for 23 months...now everything is back...headache sometimes...pressure in head..enough to mess with my vision it seems...odd tingling and burning feeling in head and upper spine...I have muscle weakness in arms and legs at times....trouble breathing even though oxygen is at 100%...constant adrenaline feeling even though I'm exhausted. I am jolted awake by it when I get even just a little close to sleep...confusion....trouble thinking sometimes...usually when the adrenaline is high and I can feel it throughout my body....fatigue...of course tho since I'm not sleeping....low heart rate sometimes...as low as 46 but all rythyms and tests are normal...high blood pressure spikes sometimes to as high as 154/124.....muscle spasms and twitching and worsening symptoms the longer this goes on...it's started 2 months ago...I have been tested for Lyme Disease a couple of times but all tests were negative....I can't work....I don't go out anymore...I'm just not well and it's driving me insane! I find myself getting jealous of people who don't have issues...I know that's bad but I feel like I'm dying every single day and the panic attacks are worse than they have ever been!

It's Lyme disease. You have to go to a Lyme literate doctor not a regular doctor.  Google Under Your Skin, it's a movie that ex0lains it all it is free on Hulu.
