im 15 and i just started cycling every day and i wanted to know what are the long term health benefits of cycling? . My dad and my grandpa both suffer from a heart condition, basically their hearts are weak so i was thinking to make my heart stronger for the future. Could this be done by cycling? Is cycling good for your heart?

Yes my dear friend, cycling, is a good exercise for health, But make a plan, (distance, hour to start, a safe way, be a organized kid please) Do you play some sport at your school?  Are you overweight?..  What about your puberty?
