Hi, For the last few months I have been suffering with really bad upper back, neck and shoulder pain and have headaches consistently, Nothing I try or do helps or makes it go away. Lately I have been feeling my heart beat on the back of my neck and I can also feel it move. At times I also feeling tingling and numbing down both arms. Every day I feel tired and don't have the energy I use to have. I have gone to the ER a few times and got a cat scan but they told me that everything looks good. I also had blood work done and they also came back normal. My primary doctor referred me to a neurologist and they also told me that everything seems to be normal and all they do is prescribe me with pain killers or muscle relaxers. I tried both and it temporary helps but as soon as I stop it all comes back. Not sure if anyone else has experienced anything similar.
