I have pulsing in my left ear again. It started for me in 2004. I had ME I'd and found I had Carotid body tumors. Then found a glomous jugular tumor too. I had surgery for the carotid Bobby tumors in my neck then radiation to shrink the glomous tumor. Well in 2013 I had another glomous tumor come up on the right side. I had radiation and it has shrunk some. Well I've had a little pulsing but mostly roaring in left ear since having the radiation on the left one. Now I just had my yearly MRI and all was good but I started feeling fullness in my left ear and now pulsing again. I'm seeing My ENT Surgeon tomorrow to see what's up. Hope all is ok. your symptoms are the same as mine , im driven ceazy by this noise. i also get relief from pressing on my neck, now its not rocket science but i know not to do tjis as its the chorotic artery and can stop the blood supply. i had a vascula vagal last year, iwas refered to the ENT consultant who in my opinion wasnt realy interested and only scoped my nasal passage and gave me a hearing test, which showed i had a hearing range of an 18yr old , his words not mine, now im 54 next birthday and ive been troubled with this chronic problem for years. any ideaS what step i can take next. i am only slightly over weight but i do have high blood preasure and high cholesterol. coulld this be why i get these noises , who knows. look forwward to hearing from your replies

I have a pulsing sound in my right ear when I walk only. Another thing I experience is a whoosing sound in the back of my head when I am sitting down and relaxing. these are not constant though. I don't know what they mean. I had a ct scan for the whooshing sound and my results came back normal. The pulsing sound from my ear just started recently. Is this something I have to live with? Although it is not very bothersome.

I suffer the same as the rest of you and it seems like their is no answer by the medical doctors, I'm going to a natural path will let you ALL KNOW WHAT HE SAYS AND DOES FOR IT He has helped us with so many other things in the last 20 years so I sure hope he can fix this as well!!!!

I have the same l have thoracic outlet sydrome on the artery l get jaw pain and left side goes numb and the last 3 weeks my right ear gets intense heart beat pulsing in ear with jaw pain l can hardly function when it's going on l dont know if this is anything but l will be going to the doc on wed it's hard to deal with

I had the loud heartbeat in my right ear for a couple of days followed yesterday by sharp pain in chest and back that also ran up into my jaw. When the pain eased away, so did the loud heart beating in my ear. I am scheduled to see my doctor and could possibly have had a mild heart attack. Please check for blockages. My friend (nurse) said the loud heartbeat in your ear is your heart under pressure to pump the blood back out. This could be due to an anxiety attack or from a blockage.

Tinnitus and now pulsating, why is this happening to us, my tinnitus started last September 2016, i jumped out of bed and heard a ringing noise to which i thought this will go in a minute as it had happened before, boy was i wrong, at first it was annoying then it calmed down for a while now in the last few days it has gone loud, i have just got back from a night shift today and i have this pulsating noise to add to the tinnitus, why are we being punished, given the choice i would take tinnitus any day of the week :(
