I am a 17 yr old male and i weight 205 lbs. I am not average build i do have a bigger than normal structre but i am over weight. I would like to lose 25-30 lbs. What is the best way to do this? Thank You
Whenever someone asks me personally good weight loss tips, I suggest following the tips listed in "Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You to Know About," by Kevin Trudeau. My husband did them and lost all the weight he wanted to lose--40 pounds--and has kept it off since. I did the tips with him and I haven't felt better. I suggest them because they're healthy and highly effective.

what kind of tips and how long did it take for him to lose that weight?

The tips involve detoxing the body and eliminating fat. There are a lot of tips, so you'd have to check them out yourself in the book.

It took my husband about two or three months to lose the weight.

Not to change the subject but i was on amazong looking for the book and someone had posted something about him commiting credit card fraud, is this true?
