Hi to you all! In two days I am expecting some visitors. The woman is on some kind of diet and requested I cook something involving chicken. I do like chicken stew myself but I have not made it before. What herbs do you think are good chicken stew herbs?

There are many different ways in which you can make a chicken stew of course. Some of my favourite herbs for chicken stew are coriander, cloves, bay leaves, cumin, and I think that is about it. Of course you should not leave out a generous quantity of black pepper, and add salt to taste.
