So let me start by saying I am on the mission of loosing weight since mid July. I started at 262lbs and no I weigh 242lbs. all I do is walk really. as I started loosing weight I noticed that I started getting this pain that starts on my hip area and it reflects all down my thigh up to my knee. it usually gets worse the day after the walk or the mornings. I also noticed that I cant barely even lay on my side anymore because the pain keeps me up. I havent really done any research on it because the pain is starting to get unbareable now. I can barely even walk anymore. My mom tells me it can be a pinched nerve but I dont think it could be that... is there any ideas of what it could be? I am assuming it is muscular since it gets worse with movement...
