Hello everyone, I also am suffering from the same problem, and I'm afraid it's serious!!
I have been holding in my ejaculation by either twisting or tightening my penis (sometimes the tip :(( ) in the last couple of years. This has started to give me serious pain in my groin area, specifically on the right side, like others have previously stated. But even worse, I am also experiencing numbness and weakness in my right leg, and to a lesser extent my whole right side!!
Please help with any information, I haven't seen blood, but I did sense a bulge on the right side of the groin, what's going on??

I think the cemen clogs your tubes and eventually will retract into the bladder , therefor having a stinging sensation , this happened to me befor and the pain lasted only a short time but it burns and stings . Sit on the toilet and relax until the pain subsides .
