Homeopathic solution to hemophilia?

My kid has been suffering from hemophilia. I know how serious this disease is and that my kid will have to be careful for the rest of his life. I would like to make this easy for him, so I was wondering if there is any homeopathic solution to this disorder. I hope someone could give me some opinion on this.
