I'm not a doctor, but I don't think it is menopausal hun. Usually if you are menopausal, you don't get many periods.

nausea before a period is a sign that you have low progesterone. Go to a Creighton model fertility clinic in your area. Call their family planning center and get your progesterone levels checked. It might be hormone imbalance. They do not use any synthetic progesterone.

My mother had the same only it was every two weeks instead of 20 days. She ended up needing a historectomy. They found begien cell growths on her ovaries and uterus. It was not cancer but they were tumors. (Cancer spreads, tumors stay in one place). It was really sad since she had planned on having some more children with my new stepfather. Up your iron intake and get checked out. It could be something else but betrer safe then sorry.

I'm on the same boat, and don't know to do. I have only just realised that my stomach issues- nausea, loose stools, ect seem to come in that week before my period. I'm forever to and from toilet! It's impairing my life! I get bad pain in the first 48 hours of period too! I don't know what to do! Trying to hold down my new job! Getting married in a week and I'm going through the to and from toilet stage! Feeling sick all the time! Any suggestions would be great! :-(

Im 45 and I've noticed that the older I get my period pain is getting worse. I have unbearable cramps and feel nauseous right before my period comes. I don't know if it's because I might be getting close to menopause since I was very young when I started my period.

Sounds like you're in the peri menopause, I'm 47 in October and have lots of the same symptoms, you could try Bach rescue remedy for the anxiety, maybe go down HRT route or try supplements but it's perfectly normal and part of being a woman, it sucks but we have to go through it, try yoga and reiki too, helps you feel calm xx

I have unbearable menstrual pain and nausea during the menstrual period. My period lasts for 5-6 days. Also, I have small breasts, is there any medicine that would make them bigger?
