Can you tell me how to know if I have a medication allergy? How are drug allergies diagnosed? I am 49 years old and I have started feeling the symptoms of the menopause. The only thing I am having a true problem is depression. So, I took some antidepressants but it seems that the only thing I got from those is nausea.
Well, at this point, it is most likely that you have problems with the side effect from that medication. I don’t think that it is an allergic reaction (you would have signs like rash, breathing problems etc). And sometimes those symptoms could be much more dangerous. Maybe you should talk to a specialist and see what would be the best choice for your depression.
