You sound very healthy already, but I would suggest eliminating ( if you haven't already ) any sodas or carbonated drinks, any candy or cookies, cakes or any processed foods. If you drink tea or coffee, don't add any sugar. You can still eat apples, oranges, fruits in moderation. Also, no fried foods - you want to eliminate bad oils, but keep good oils such as avocado.
I guess just eating good, clean and pure foods. Make sure you still have some good calcium in your diet like from yoghurt with some fresh chopped fruit added. Also, I would stay away from any foods labelled fat-free.
I lost 5kgs in the last 2.5 months from eliminating the sweet, processed and fried from my life. I also walk briskly for about 30 mins daily and i've started doing hula hooping for 10 mins a day.
