I'm 12 years old,and a girl I feel overweight so I went online and looked at a chart I'm the height of a 16 year old at 5,3 and weigh 104 which is as much as a 13 year old but I still feel fat,plus I'm pretty sure that's not accurate.I guess I'm not nessiciarily fat just big.Mostly my legs how can I lose weight in my legs quick?
