Hi there! Well, I was hoping that someone could help me here, I am 16 yo, I didn't do any exercise at all until 2 months ago when I started weight lifting, I have a slim body with a tendence to get belly fat. So, in this months I noticed a diference in my body, but I talked to my doctor and he said that despite the diference that I'm noticing now this is not good because this is a decisive time in my life that will kinda of define my body and if I just do weightlifting I will end up with a short-fat-overmusculed body. So what can I do now? I was thinking of reducing the gym and starting swiming but still go to the gym but not so often, is that good? Or maybe start a sport that would develop the muscles and body structure without weights but what sport could that be?
Please, give me some enlighting on whats the best sport(s)/activitie(s) that I can do in my 16's to prepare a good body.
