How do i get morning glory seeds out of the flower I guess im lucky because i have them growing in my back yard as if they wer on steriods. but i dont know how to get the seed out of the plant.... someone please help!! ? - lola
wait till the blooms dry up around fall and when they are all brown and crunchy looking there will be round little pods were the blooms were.get a large baggy and pick em off.make sure you leave some though,so the original plant can reseed its self for next year.once you have gotten the pods you want.crack them open,the seeds will be black.store them in a drawer in a baggy til the spring.wait until the last frost and IF you plan to plant them..get a few paper towels wet them and wrap it around the seeds to germinate them(sprout them).for at least 24 hours.then plant in one inch of soil next to a fence or such for climbing.
