I am 15 years old 5'2" and 123 lbs. >:(

How do I lose 20 or more pounds in at the most a month.
Without having to buy anything.
Please, it doesn't have to be healthy.
I need ANYTHING that can help lose 20+ pounds.

Well, the first thing you have to accept is that there is no remotely healthy way of losing this much weight in such a short time - and I don't mean unhealthy like "it is worth it if I can look good", but unhealthy in a way that even if you had a liposuction they would never remove this much weight all at once at the same time. But, it still is possible to lose quite a bit of weight, maybe not in one month, if you start to exercise regularly and adjust your eating habits to a healthier ones. But you will have to face the fact that nothing will happen overnight or without you putting in an effort.
