How do the wheel chair division guys and gals do the swim???
Brute strength. Notice how well developed their backs and shoulders are. That's sort of true for most triathletes, but especially for the physically challenged athletes.
Edit: I think most of them also have these "slings" which bind their legs together and keep them somewhat straight.

They have people to lift them in and out of the water. Other then that they swim with everyone else.
My legs feel like dead weight when I swim
Thanks everybody.
I didn;t realize they just did the swim like everyone else. I did also find out from a buddy that they use a differnt type of chair for the ride part.
D@mn,
Those guys and gals must have tremendous upper body strength.
