That is, if the head of the penis is shaped like a mushroom or has a bulbous end, you are circumcized.
It is shaped more like a banana, with a loose flap of skin over the end, it is not.
An un-circumcized male must fold back the foreskin to wash gently with soap and water underneath.
As a circumcized male, my routine is much simpler. I basically just rinse off the outside of my penis with water in the shower.
If I am particularly sweaty, I might lather up soap between my hands and then just rub the soapy hands around the outside of the scottum, down the shaft and AVOID the opening at the end. After all surfaces except the hole have been soaped, I just continue to rinse off in the shower.
In a bath, I don't even worry about the soap. But this assumes that any sweat or crude or dirt has washed away, and that I have no rolls of fat or crevass to trap dirt or sweat in.
Hope this helped. Do ask if you have more questions.
Other men may be able to help if you are uncircumcized.

I would probably advise against the soap, it can be very irritable and plain old water does the job most of the time. But if your going to go for soap, you're probably best looking at a very mild soap or one formulated for sensitive skin.

Well, first off, if it's smelling after five days, perhaps you should wash more frequently, say at least every three days.
At age 15, your body is developed enough that you will want to shower every day, if only to remove sweat and grime and keep your armpits more fresh. I'm not certain if it's advisable to wash or rinse under the foreskin every day, but why not?
Certainly, you can train your foreskin, or stretch it with daily gentle exercises (maybe in the shower, or just afterward) to expand or stretch that foreskin so that it will eventually retract all the way. That's the goal...but it may take many months to get there.
GO SLOW...only stretch it with two fingers or so to the point where it starts to hurt...no further. You don't want to hurt yourself, but slowly expand the skin, so that it becomes more loose.
I am amazed that more fathers don't teach this basic health care to their sons...especially if they've choose NOT to circumcise them. Should be a requirement.
Good luck.
Let us know how it turns out, OK?

If you are not circumsized then pull back your foreskin and wash with warm water and/ or mild soap.

Dusty how about if you try and get an erection in the shower? Does your foreskin slide back naturally? If it slides back you might want to give yourself an erection and then just go ahead and wash up. That way you will feel good too!!!
