I had sex once but that guy left me. Now how is it going to be possible for me to bleed again the next time i have sex??
more than likely not unless the new guy is much larger than the previous.

vaginal bleeding can happen during intercourse at any time, even if you've been having sex for 50 years. Some women do not have the hymen break the first time, or it may not break all the way. I lost my virginity 10 years ago, but my hymen did not break all the way, and so it tore again each time and healed. I ended up having to get it cut and cauterized. Another thing that can cause vaginal bleeding is friction. If you start going dry during sex (happens if you are going for a long time, or if he pulls out frequently) the friction will cause small tears inside that bleed. It's normally only uncomfortable for a day, but you may still bleed on and off for up to a week after.
If you are asking how you can bleed the next time so the next partner thinks you are a virgin... not all women bleed the first time. Also, it is possible to get a new hymen created (it is considered a cosmetic surgery).
