I took a Z pak this past week, and at the end still had a little burning and occasional discomfort, so the next day the doctor gave me a 1gm of Zithromax, this morning i still have some burning... how many days should i wait before i contact mym doctor again? does it take longer then when you take the meds to go away? All discharge has stopped and it usally only burns in the morning, maybe a tiny bit during the day.
