How many CoQ10 to eat to help better in FSHD step by step

Loading...

You should really start seeing a neurologist that jas a background in FSHD but as a person who went through the process my doctor stepped me up. It was more of a how does it feel to you trial and error process / affordability. We got up to 400 mg 3 times a day. If you can find Idebenone, which is scarce, it has longer time release factor to it. I do same dose as CoQ10. Some people do not adequately absorb Idebenone so trial dose and how does it feel factor again. Riboflavin was another suggested try but I did not feel anything with it. I do suggest tumeric as it makes me less stiff. I juice the tumeric root with beet root, carrot, ginger, lemon, mandarin in the evenings with a masticating juicer. There is also a tumeric pepper tea that is good if you can not juice and you can buy it as a supplement. I did not get the tumeric suggestion from my doctor but I have found it helps me. I would also suggest a few physical therapy sessions to get a list of exercises. I do my exercises every night. I will not tell you these things will cure you because that is a lie. What you have to finally work towards with this disease is "What allows me to still do the things I like and be functional". These things have helped me. I would also suggest in investing in a set of aluminum trekking poles. It will allow you to enjoy getting out to events where you either ecounter stairs, standing for long periods, or in the middle of a crowd worried about that bump you are not expecting to throw you off balance. The extra security of balance you get with even one pole allows you to still enjoy things as you did in the past. The trekking poles have also allowed me to continue hiking in state parks but I use both. As the disease progresses, you have to learn to adjust, but you can still enjoy the things you did when you had more mobility.
