My Daughter has been using her "allowance" so to speak, on some powerful drugs eg methadone, morphine sulphate, etc. I wonder what thesee drugs would cost her here in Boston, although I understand it is realtive to how much and the strength that she is using.
I'm afraid if I stop her allowance that she will do rather drastic things for her drugs. God only knows what she might do. I know I can't tale her every second nor nag her continuously.
I'm trying to provode educative materials and info for her> She used to be happy buying clothing and accessories at the mall etc. Now she only seems satisfied if she is high and doesn;t care who knows it. She wears the same ragged jeans etc. I don't know, I don;t want her to end up hooked so we are thinking of a type of intervention like the one you might have seen on tv but involving a clinic. What would it cost the people to purchase drugs in order to have her wean down or detox frlom whatever sheis on say for teh sake of argument say morphine and or methadone. I am hoping she will go along with this plan for she has been usign for under a year likely. Hopefully. I know how dangerous drugs are and we don't want to lose her.
