Hi. I am 18 years old and two month ago I had my nose done. I like my new nose, I look much better now. However, I don`t feel better inside. I didn`t raise my self-esteem and confidence, as I thought I will. You are not too young for a plastic surgery. However, I think liposuction is a serious job and you should wait for 2 or 3 years. There are many other ways to alter your body anyway.

i think that you are too young for the nose job! first of all you are still developing and it is normal that you are not satisfied with the way you look when you are 16 years old but believe me that this is going to change very soon.
your mom is smart woman because she is aware that you are lack of self esteem and surgery is not going to fix this. and if you want to do something about your looks join the gym. this is great to get your body into wonderful shape and if you have fantastic body who is going to notice your nose! also this will raise the level of serotonon and endorphine and these are hormons of hapiness and you will notice that you are feeling much better.
when you turn 18. if you still want to do nose job you will be able to do it.
