Hello, folks. I have a crooked nose and I am thinking of possibility of rhinoplasty. I would like to know how long U will have to wear bandages after this procedure. This issue is very important to me, so I will appreciate all your replies considering this. I hope everything will be all right.

Hi, there. You will wear bandages and a small cast applied after the procedure. They usually stay for a week. Stitches are removed after week or two. Swelling usually persists for a month. You will pain at first, but take painkillers. With them, your life will be easier. I hope this helps. Good luck with all! Bye!

Hi,

I had a crooked nose too because of a broken nose. Don't worry about the bandages because you whole face will be swelled for many months. Mine went down after 7 months. Second your nose will not look perfect but better. Surgury is rarely perfect UNLESS you had a very minor problem.

I am getting my deviated septum fixed and figured i'd do the rhinoplasty to fix my crooked nose as well.
When people say swelling for months..does that mean like a huge amount to where people notice?? will i look extremely different
for months?? im very concerned about that... i have to return to work and do not want people really noticing what i did.
