I have a heavy period flow usually. The doctor says its normal,but i am done staining my pants in public. I usually wear a maxi sized pad,not a tampon person. Any advice on how to avoid staining?How are period panties?Do they help as promised?

There is nothing to worry about,your period flow depends upon your body.Even i am a heavy flow person.To Avoid staining you can use period panties,they are really helpful.I have never stained after i started using adira period panties.They are really comfortable.
