How do I control blood pressure cholesterol and carbs without losing weight?  I have been on a diet to lower my  blood pressure and have successfully came off medication but I did lose weight.  I am small framed and weigh 123 which is perfect for me at 5'3".  Now it seems my cholesterol and tryglicerides are high.   I do not take any medication for cholestrol and would like to keep it that way.  Any advice?
