I have weak lower back. I don’t know how to develop my lower back. It is important to have strong lower back not only for the aesthetic reasons but in order to keep your spine in the right position and protect it form various injuries. I would appreciate any help.
You are right about the importance of lower back muscles. To develop them you have to do deadlifts and barbell rows with your palms facing upward.
