My question is common, I just cannot find a decent answer. When I ejaculate, I cannot do it for another... 12hours or so. This is because my testicals ache SO much after I cum. They just throb so much! Sometime the pain is really strong. I haven't seen a GP or anyone about this, as I've believed it was normal... but my boyfriend tells me that he's never experienced anything like this before (and he manages to constantly cum throughout the night...).
Any ideas? Is it related to diet? or exercise? .etc

From your description you may have epididymitis. It's very common in young men.
It's a bacterial infection. They'll likely take a culture and then prescribe antibiotics. Your partner may need to be treated as well.

I'm not doubting your knowledge or anything, but do you think it may be an bacterial infection? I have had this problem for 8 years, I didn't know infections could last that long.

It may be a low grade infection, maybe not. Yes, bacterial.
Best see your doctor for a thorough exam, a urologist would be recommended.
