Okay, so this year I'm a sophmore in high school and im struggling to break 20:00 every race. I don't understand because last year I was constantly running high 18's, low 19's every race.

The thing is this year it seems like I'm stronger and faster, yet my times have increased from last year.

My question is can someone help me develop a program for throughout the year to help me to run in the high 17's, low 18's by next year? I am 5'9, 150 lbs.
