Hi! My grandfather is very old and he has dementia for years. My parents have a lot of problems with him. They think that his illness was developed. They aren’t sure how it is looks like to be in end-stage of dementia. Please, tell me how to know did the end-stage of dementia begun? Thanks!

Hi! My grandma had dementia. I can remember her when she was in end-stage of dementia. She was unable to dress and bath without assistance. She totally lost ability to speak more then few words. She could not verbally communicate at all. Also she got severe pneumonia. That was a really hard time for all of us.
