Healthy weight loss always needs to be a balance between healthy eating and exercise. Find some exercise/activity you enjoy doing that gets you working out several times a week - best to go to a gym and get some advice about a specific program. Radical diets are never good, but look at cutting down on fats and sugars and focus on having more vegetables and fruit.
