Whatever plans u follow never starve your body and if u're eating any type of fast food or packaging food stop two of'em secondly always eat at regular intervals of 3hour take nothing between 3hour of break and ya stop cold drink sweets etc.. Drinking water up to 8-12glasses is good And 1glass water before meal and after meal take break of45mim for water... Salad and fruits are good for you
