Is there any way to solve the problem I have? Here’s what: my muscles are too weak for swimming! I get tired very fast and I have pains in my muscles. I thought it would pass after a while, but all the symptoms continued even until now, four months after. What can I do? Maybe I haven’t chosen the right activity.

Oh, don’t be so harsh on yourself! Swimming is not such an easy activity and it takes time to get used to its rhythm and routine. If your muscles haven’t had enough practice before, you’ll have to endure this unpleasant period of adjustment and after that you’ll be ok. Maybe it would be good if you could start working out or running in order to improve your muscle build. That way this adaptation period will last shorter and your muscles will be flexed sooner. But don’t succumb to using those food supplements unless you’re perfectly sure they’re healthy. I know that many people want to do it easier way and reach out for artificial supplements and steroids, which is not only unhealthy, but can also be fatal in certain cases.
