Husband with testical fluid.

my husband had fluid removed from his left testical six days ago, it was large and had it for 17 years, decided to have it removed, now it is still swollen and hard and back to the same size, should we be worried and what is our next move if any, it feels very hard next to the stitches, like a hard mass.
