Can someone give me good advice, because I tried so many things and fail

Hi Tyler,

The best thing anyone could advise you to do is to first see your doctor.  Not only is important that you are healthy before beginning any weight loss program, there might be medical reasons for your weight.

Second, eat a well balanced meal.  Limit bread and sodas.

Third, eat breakfast.  It does speed up your metabolism.

Four, turn off the TV, the X-Box, whatever.  Get out and move.

I used to weigh alot, then i started walking to and from school, watched my calorie and fat intake, and made my family and friends help me watch

i weigh 144 and my mom did weight watchers with me and i lost 10lbs in one week all you eat is salad and drink water it might suck but just think in one week you will look great i now weight 98lbs and wear a size 5
