See your doctor first.  It's important that you are healthy before beginning any weight loss program.  There may also be medical reasons for your weight that need to be addressed.

Second, limit breads and sodas.

Third, eat breakfast.  It really does speed up your metabolism.

Four, turn off the TV, the computer, the X-box, whatever.  MOVE!
