I am a 29 years male having a very strange thing
1.) I have premature ejeculation without orgasm as soon as my partner start seducing me.
2.) In case if I have erection then it is so weak sometimes that I have to make excuse not to have sex.
3.) couple of times it also noticed that I get erection and I don't reach to orgasm, instead I get tired and loose that erection.
I admit that I do maturbate excessive and don't have proper nutrition habit,
Is this problem can be resolved? if it does then how long it will take?
Does smoking and or masturbating has to do something with it?

Well, you're describing a lot of ground here.
First, you say you sometimes feel too tired or weary to come.
That's not unusual. Sometimes we can't stay up late, but want to fall asleep... But we don't assume that it's due to masturbation or from oversexing ourselves. We're just tired that time!
Also, you ask if smoking or masturbation can have something to do with it.
Smoking is never a good thing. It interferes with just about everything a body tries to do. (Plus, it stinks!)
If you want to back off from masturbating so much, also try to get more sleep... and you'll probably have more energy.
Try eating 3 square meals and being active, doing physical activities, like cleaning up the yard, picking apples, walking the mower, raking the yard, going for a bike ride, etc. All these are positive steps to getting you more healthy, but also to get your mind off sex and make positive contributions to the world around you.
