Hello suji,
I know it can be difficult following a strict diet when you travel a lot. Nevertheless it can still be done. I think a lot of innkeepers are very aware of the foods that are healthy and try to serve their guests a healthy diet. One thing you can do is to contact the inn long before you get there to find out but foods they serve. Sometimes that information is available in their brochure. I have found that inns can actually accommodate individuals needs if you tell them in advance. I've stayed a a number of bed and breakfasts and I've not had any problem asking for certain foods. They usually have fresh fruit, whole wheat breads and some form of eggs for your choosing for breakfast anyway.
