I am a virgin and recently little red spots have appeared on my penis tip i am concerned about them they are not causing me any harm but they have been there for about a week and look like there spreading. they do not couse me harm.
I had a similar incident and I it went away after about 2 weeks or so. If it keeps persisting then go to your doctor and ask for his/her advice.
