Hey guys I am a 13 year old girl who is 170 pounds and is 5 feet 9 inches. I am determined to lose weight by April but unfortunately it's a lot harder than it sounds. Please help me out! Thank you so much

Okay sense you are almost 6 foot I would say you would only need to lose like.......25 pounds at the MAX! My friend is 5 foot 8 and weight 148 pounds.....

 

Here are some foods that are really good to eat!!!!!!

fruits and veggies

drink water( not a food) ( but helps people lose weight)

lots of salads ( light on dressing)

make protein shakes

wheat thines( light )

EAT LOTS OF PROTEIN( chicken, beef, turkey)

tip: ONLY eat what is recommended on boxes ( that way you can count calories)

Onto working out! Just start doing something you love....Dance, gymnastics, softball etc. Anything that  gets you moving. Losing weight doesn't come off in a day! It will take time!

Also, if bullying is what is making you lose weight that is sooo not exceptable! Girls and guys can be soo mean! All you have to do is keep your head up and be proud of yourself! You are unique and special and NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT AWAY FROM YOU!

Hi Miramontage , Thanks for sharing these tips.
There are many solutions for reducing body weight. But two things are necessary in all activities. The first is daily eating plan and the second is exercise or work out. Without these two you can never reduce your body weight.
