I am due for my period but instead have been getting a brown discharge and I am 2 days over due

I have recently turned 16 and have became sexually active me and my boyfriend have been having sex for about a week and abit straight using Protection and he has still been pulling out. I am now due for my period but instead have been getting a browny discharge and I am now 2 days over due but my period is usually on time, what is happening? Am I pregnant ?
