I am having problems standing for years now.

for years now when i stand up my eyes black out, and i get dizzy enough to fall down. but just recently it has started to affect me while im sitting. my so-called doctor despard, who is no longer my doctor because she has screwed up on a lot of things including why my father had siezures, and i have yet to meet my new docotr, so whats up with me?
