I just turned 42 years old and have been drinking for most of my life. At some point in the last year or so I started connecting some aging problems that I have been going through to be due to drinking...anyone else in the same boat.?

Hi jason,

I am not in the same boat but i know quite a phew people that drink most of their life.

What kind of aging problems are you talking about? How much on average do you drink?

Seems like I get out of breath carring heavy object up and down steps and a general run down feeling after a hard days work...used to work out 6 days a week when I was in my twentys....after two surgery's that came to an end...could just be ageing....just pinned it on drinking..was my thought....

Yes. It could be aging but if you were 65+.

I think the man is the strongest from 40-50. After 50 it goes down slowly, but not by much.

What kind of surgeries did you have?

It may be you liver reacting and making you feel exhausted and tired. What is the last time you got your blood tested? What is your medical history?
