I cannot pull my foreskin back when erect (20 years old). Should I get circumcised?

Hi maybe a weird question, I am 20, and when flacid i can pull my foreskin back easily and far. But when im erect i cant pull the foreskin over the head (only like halfway because its tight). Is this a problem? Should i get circumcised? Do i need to do stretches? Lots of question haha
