Hi I'm 13 it's currently 03:59 and my ear is killing I need help I can't get to sleep and my antibiotics (amoxicillin) are not helping

What I would suggest is call the local 24 hour pharmacy if you are in the US, maybe Wallgreens? Look on your medication; there will be a number. You might need a broader spectrum antibiotic, and they can tell you which pain relievers you can take with your medications.
